Returns & Exchanges

At Before & Ever, we want you to love every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
